Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Fluval
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
