What is your return policy for furniture and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Fluval ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
